Registration and Deposit Information:
A $275 deposit fee must be included with the completed registration form. Non-hooking companions must also register and pay the registration fee.
*Full refund of $275 deposit until November 1, 2022.
*Deposit refunded in the amount of $200, November 2, 2022 - February 1, 2023.
*No deposit refunds after February 1, 2023.

Important Room and Board Notes:
*All room assignments are filled on a first-come, first served basis.
*Single rooms are very limited. If you want a single, register early.
*A double room is 2 people in the same room. If you do not list a roommate, we will assign one. All roommates must register before a room is assigned.
*When signing up for a triple or quad room you must have two or three roommates listed on the registration form. All roommates must register before a room is assigned.
*Non-hooking companions are welcome in Aldersgate Lodge and the RV spaces only.
*Wireless internet available in all lodging areas.
*Room and board payments are due no later than February 1, 2023, and are separate from the deposit fee due upon registration.

Housing Facilities: All prices are in addition to $275 registration fee and include lodging, teacher fee and 14 meals.
Aldersgate Lodge – $590 each/$325 non-hooking companion.
Hotel Style rooms with private bath, one queen bed and one twin bed. Two people required per room.
Pinewood Lodge - $565 each
Each room has 1 queen bed, 3 twin beds and 2 sinks. The private bath in each room is divided into 2 separate rooms, one for the shower and one for the toilet. A minimum of three people required, four people easily accommodated.
Pinewood Lodge also has one handicap accessible room with 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed and private bath. Two people = $590 each Single occupancy = $675
Maple Cottage - $675 Private Bed and Bath or $630 Private Bed with Shared Bath
Maple Cottage will be reserved for those desiring a private lodging room. It is a very versatile 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. There is a living room as well as a small kitchen.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with private bath. $675 single occupancy
The other 3 private sleeping rooms have a queen bed and share a hall bath. $630 per person
Spruce Cabin - $565 per person
Spruce Cabin has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room with a small day bed and a kitchen area with refrigerator. There is one shared bathroom. Two people minimum required, 3 people can be accommodated if the small day bed is suitable.
Willow Cabin - $565 per person
Willow Cabin has 1 private bedroom with a double bed and a loft with 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. There is one shared bathroom. Two people minimum required, 3 people maximum.
RV Spaces - $310 per participant/$45 non-hooking companion plus deposit fee.
RV Spaces have full hookups and include 14 meals. RV spaces are limited in number.

Commuter Students - Limited commuter spots available.
$275 paid at time of registration
$125 balance due by February 1, 2023

Depending on early demand, additional hooking opportunities and additional lodging may be available.
